Hi,

It's done in mailman3-web's postinst, but as it not updated anymore
upstream, the update is not triggered.

We'll probably include django maintenance in django-mailman3 as it tends
to be updated along with hyperkitty and postorius that both depend on
it.

THe issue was that the database schema needed update.

I believe the postinst script should run:
