Bug#1004922: Asking for new upstream release

I have retracted the current version of kmscon I had uploaded at mentors.debian.net to ask the upstream maintainer for a new release (https://github.com/Aetf/kmscon/issues/42), so I can prepare a proper release for Debian.

A new version of libtsm has just been accepted into the archive, closing the blocking bug #1004921, so there should be no further blocks once I get a new version of kmscon ready.
