Dear Maintainer,

I tried to install libseccomp-dev using apt with the following command:

    sudo apt install libseccomp-dev

The output is the following:

    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree... Done
    Reading state information... Done

The following NEW packages will be installed:

I ran apt-get update before without and with the --fix-missing option,
but it didn't solve the problem.
Looking at http://ftp.fr.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libs/libseccomp/,
it seems that libseccomp-dev_2.5.1-1_amd64.deb is not present.

Thanks for the help,

Best regards,
Guillaume
