0.1.0 draft 2 needs embedding 21 crates (5 missing, 2 broken, 15 ahead); 
succesfully converts a set of russian subtitles.

Main tasks is still to package remaining missing Rust crates.

As user running Debian, you can test this draft package: Either build it
yourself from source or tell (by posting to this bugreport) if you
prefer testing the binary that I've built - then I will share that.

As developer (but no need to be official member of Debian!), you can

package from git snapshot 0.0~20211108 still "cheats" by embedding 31 crates 
(11 missing, 2 broken, 1 outdated, 17 ahead); builds in ~6 minutes; succesfully 
covnerts a russian subtitle.

Main task now is to package more of the crates currently embedded.

 vobsubocr is a blazingly fast and accurate
 DVD VobSub to SRT subtitle conversion tool.

 vobsubocr can alleviate this problem
