2022-08-23 Thread Roman Kalugin

Unfortunately I can't use patches yet. I can say that I tried to run the
module from another kernel and I get an error.

sudo insmod
/lib/modules/5.18.0-3-amd64/kernel/drivers/platform/x86/nvidia-wmi-ec-backlight.ko

[sudo] password for alter:
insmod: ERROR: could not insert module
/lib/modules/5.18.0-3-amd64/kernel/drivers/platform/x86/nvidia-wmi-ec-backlight.ko:
Invalid module format

I thought you could add it to the default kernel
