The lvm2 maintainer does not wish to maintain a backport, so this cannot happen. Closing. Kind regards, Luca Boccassi

Bookworm/sid's cryptsetup-initramfs conflicts with Bullseye's lvm2. Could you please upload lvm2 to bullseye-backports, or ask the maintainer to do it? I don't have the bandwidth for this, but will take care of the cryptsetup upload afterwards. -- Guilhem. signature.asc Description: PGP signature

Bug#1021150: cryptsetup: please upload to bullseye-backports
Source: cryptsetup Severity: wishlist X-Debbugs-CC: pkg-systemd-maintain...@lists.alioth.debian.org Dear Maintainer(s), Could you please consider an upload of the latest cryptsetup to bullseye-backports? We are enabling the tokens plugins in systemd [0], which require at least 2.4.0. We often upload systemd to backports, so it would be useful to have a newer cryptsetup there too, so that we don't have to disable it again. I am happy to do an NMU to backports if you lack the time to take care of it. Thanks!
