No note. Hmm. I investigated this, the note *is* indeed present in the source package, but in the file quoted above it is not. So, there is something within the process of collecting the data for i18n.debian.org, which removes it. Sadly. No note. Maybe you could merge this translation over. This is a pitty. I'm currently putting in quite some effort to get everything translated to German in Bookworm, including i18n-NMUs via my sponsor (which include all available translations, of course). Also the German translator communitiy is currentently very active, we have at least 5 translators working towards better localization at the moment - a fact we haven't seen for a long time. Thus if you could kindly revisit this decicision and include the German translation in an upload for bookworm, this would be highly welcome, most likely also from users. I sent a message to debian-i18n , to warn translators about this package (plus another one - partman-cros), to not work at these packages: https://lists.debian.org/debian-i18n/2022/12/msg5.html I've also added a note in the templates.pot file for these packages, which should warn translators to not work on these files directly. Apparently this did not work as intended :-(( Anyway, I have decided to release depthcharge-tools-installer and partman-cros without any translations in Bookworm, so this bug is for Trixie.
