ncbi-vdb 3.x switched to a new build system that supports only a narrow list of architectures, with specific associated settings. i386 isn't on the list, and arranging to add it isn't worth the trouble, particularly given that ncbi-vdb's reverse dependencies mostly require a 64-bit address space these days anyway. (I'll file selective removal requests for them shortly.) As such, could you please remove i386 packages built from ncbi-vdb? FTR, the relevant binary packages are libncbi-vdb2 libncbi-vdb2-dbg libncbi-vdb-dev libkdf5-2 libkdf5-2-dbg libkdf5-dev libncbi-wvdb2 libncbi-wvdb2-dbg libncbi-wvdb-dev libvdb-sqlite2 libvdb-sqlite2-dbg libvdb-sqlite-dev Thanks!
