Package: rrdcached Version: 1.5.3-1 Severity: normal Dear rrdtool Maintainers,
the rrdcached package currently ships an init.d script, and relies on systemd-sysv-generator(8) to integrate with systemd. This integration glue code might not stay forever. Upstream helpfully provides an rrdcached.service file (generated from etc/rrdcached.service.in). Please install it using dh_installsystemd, to provide for native systemd integration. It might also be useful to install rrdcached.socket. I'll note that upstream provides this file since at least 1.5.3. Thanks, Chris
