Bug#1032225: Graph::Easy::Manual not found

Well I was hoping that there would be a way for everything one needed to
learn and use the package offline would be available.

But as I couldn't find a way to make vertical graphs instead of
horizontal. I gave up on the package.

Graph::Easy::Manual is contained in a separate CPAN distribution:
https://metacpan.org/dist/Graph-Easy-Manual
which is not packaged for Debian.

And then the file also doesn't include any manual but only
instructions for how to build the manual:
https://metacpan.org/pod/Graph::Easy::Manual
