I do plan to enable wxPython's unittests eventually. However, they are
currently unreliable/flaky, so that problem needs to be resolved first.
Do note that wxPython's use of numpy is very minimal (it's only used by a
few of the pure-python classes), so wxPython's unittests would not add a
lot of meaningful test converage for numpy.
