The failure was found using a "gnome-session --session=phosh".

NB! reporter uses a noreply email address - I suggest simply closing
this bugreport since dialogue is impossible.  I will leave the decision
to the package maintainers, however.

Providing relevant infrastructure is for the window manager to ensure,
as discussed more notably with web applications and their dependency on
a web server.

Since the bugreporter didn't mention which window manager is in play,
this bugreport cannot sensibly be reassigned.
