Debian currently provides opendmarc and opendkim packages. These seem to be well-maintained by the debian maintainers, but the upstream maintainer does not seem present (see https://github.com/trusteddomainproject/OpenDMARC/issues/240). Authentication Milter seems actively maintained, and provides a single package to handle DKIM, DMARC, SPF and more. Most of the perl dependencies are already packaged in Debian, but a handful would need to be added.
