Dear Maintainer,

Hello, one of my coworkers mentioned he was using chirp but the debian version
was out of date so had to download it directly from the upstream site.

I looked at https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/chirp
and saw that there was a problem searching for a new upstream version.

I adjusted to the watch line to work with the layout I found on the upstream
providers website today.
