Since there’s a transitional pev package depending on readpe, there shouldn’t
be any adverse effect: libz-mingw-w64 will still be buildable, since its
build-dependency on pev will pull in readpe. Once readpe is in unstable I’ll
upload an updated libz-mingw-w64 package build-depending only on readpe.
