Hi Gianfranco
Thanks for adding a note in NEWS.Debian file for the compact and
CVE-2023-36811. Unfortunately the NEWS.Debian file is tough not
installed by dh_installchangelogs because it searches by default
debian/changelog
debian/NEWS
debian/package.changelog
debian/package.NEWS
so it is then not added.
