Hi, PG does not support LLVM 16 yet, which seems to be pulled in by llvm-dev on loong64, while in unstable it's still LLVM 14 (15 should work as well). In the meantime, I am going to build postgresql-15 with LLVM disabled manually and I'm going to upload it to unreleased to unblock more packages on the architecture.
