The Debian package for kitty needs to conform to the Debian Policy section 12.1,
which states that "each program, utility, and function should have an associated
manual page included in the same package or a dependency" and that "if no manual
page is available, this is considered as a bug and should be reported to the
Debian Bug Tracking System."

The kitty package is currently in violation of this part of the policy, as
lintian reports there is no manual page present for the "kitten" binary.
