Argh, I did not checked for *-dev package in binary package depends ...
Its just fixed by new upload.

Status from my side.  Our outreachy student is just crafting an
autopkgtest for ghmm which is the last remaining package of Debian Med
team that needs liblapack-dev.  Once we have a sensible test we'd
probably need your help to finalise the port to lapacke which I tried in
a currently deactivated patch in Git.  The patch is not complete and we
deactivated it for the moment to know the intended behaviour of the
original code first and than see whether the port to lapacke will
behave identically.

Thanks for fixing this bug.

Note that libatlas-base-dev is still listed as an alternative
dependency of odin.

This does not prevent the removal of src:atlas, so I’m not reopening
this bug, but you might still want to fix this.
