the /lib/runit/trigger_sv code sometime fails to restart a service on the services package upgrade - this is a regression compared to 2.1.2-55, and it depends on where is the service in the filesystem. Sometimes I think it also misses enable/disable of services. This is because of recent changes in trigger_sv code.
