This package can't be removed until reverse (build) dependencies are fixed or removed, but there are key packages among them so removal is not an option in all cases. the only reverse-build-dep that I could find was src:python-uvicorn and I have uploaded 0.27.1-1 which replaces python3-watchgod with python3-watchfiles (uvicorn actually still supports both as a reloader).
