Bug#1063047: Unable to run R CMD Rserve

I have those, see [1] but they may also only work with cdbs which dh-r and debhelper-compat replaced. I will see about an explicit target to correct this. Thanks a bunch for catching this. The error message shown is: /usr/lib/R/bin/Rcmd: 64: exec: Rserve: not found This problem was previously reported as #744759, but has been reintroduced (I think) when the package was migrated to debhelper.
