I think this is probably a build issue with the 1.5.2 -> 1.5.3 upgrade.
There were a number of doc changes.
I'm going to prioritize getting the archive working again over this:-)
but will get to it in a few days.

/usr/share/doc/libpam-doc/txt/Linux-PAM_ADG.txt.gz,
/usr/share/doc/libpam-doc/html/Linux-PAM_MWG.html,

/usr/share/doc/libpam-doc/txt/Linux-PAM_MWG.txt.gz are listed in those
doc-base files but are in fact missing.  I don't know whether this is
intentional (in which case the doc-base registrations should be removed
to match), or an accidental build issue that should be fixed.
