No need to have 2 bugs for the same problem, thus merging

Can you confirm, does the same happen with the kernel currently in
unstable? (6.7.9-2).

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation? has been the same problem since kernel 6.5
came out, just opening a browser with or another app makes the screen go black,
like it is switching mode or graphics card or something. Not all apps give this
problem, but many.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? I had an earlier report with this bug. I came in contact
with Diederik de Haas, he told me to install apt install ./linux-
image-6.5.0-0-rt-amd64_6.5~rc4-1~exp1_amd64.deb, I did and with that kernel
there was no problem. But i guess it never got upstreamed to the next real
kernel?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
