<script type="text/javascript" src="file:///usr/share/nodejs/mathjax-full/es5/tex-mml-chtml.js"></script> in the header of a file, but MathJax would not load; the console gave the error message: MathJax(?): class constructors must be invoked with 'new' referring to tex-mml-chtml.js:1:18018 Any ideas?
