A rebuild will indeed fix this, or at least rebuilding rtorrent
locally fixes this for me.

Can the maintainer therefore please request a binNMU?

Hi. rtorrent won't run at present, dying with:

rtorrent: error while loading shared libraries: libxmlrpc_util.so.3: cannot 
open shared object file: No such file or directory

libxmlrpc-core-c3t64 has bumped that soname to .4, so presumably a rebuild will
fix this.
