Let me know any questions you may have. That's /dev/pts/0, but that error message doesn't make much sense. I'm not going to fix bootlogd, though. That would be patching a bad design. My computer runs sarge and does not have udev, I still get the error "cannot find console device 136:0 in /dev" upon trying to start bootlog.
