If not, I can have a look this friday (tomorrow).

libjfreereport-java is fixed now, but you can take a look at jetty, it
 has another grave bug.

Nothing seems to use jakarta-log4j anymore so I've hinted it
for removal from testing. Should also a bug be filed against
ftp.debian.org to remove it completly?

Gruesse,

Yes, please. I've been too busy to take care of jetty, I'll try to do it
asap.

(Don't worry, jetty's fixed too.)

Please remove jakarta-log4j. It was obsoleted by jakarta-log4j a while ago,
doesn't build from source, and no longer has any reverse dependencies.

Thanks!

Matej

Hi,

The only packages that haven't moved to liblog4j1.2-java are:

 * libjfreereport-java: Upstream comes bundled with 1.2.3, so the switch
should be painless. Patch at #306754.

 * jetty-extra: Upstream comes bundled with 1.2.6, and uses features
specific to 1.2; Log4J support is either not used or already broken.
   Naive patch at #306761.

I think we can remove jakarta-log4j as soon as #306754 is fixed.

Thanks,

Matej
