The status of these bugs have changed, partial database upgrades will be available from 0.8 to 1.0 and full upgrades thereafter.
However, I still consider SchoolBell/SchoolTool unsuitable for release with sarge as the packages contain a large amount of a current checkout of the zope 3 trunk.
