I previously asked for the removal of schoolbell on the basis that the codebase of schoolbell and schooltool had converged to having a difference of one line.
However the codebases are going to diverge again, this time properly with minimal overlap. Also upstream requires different release schedules. Which I believe requires separate source packages.
