Hi Duncan and thanks for reporting this issue. This is actually an upstream issue, which will be fixed in upstream release 0.5.5. I got the information about this issue too late to get it fixed in upstream release 0.5.4.
Tamas, could you contact me directly so we can create a patch against the new 0.5.4 release to get rid of the mime.types dependency. Silky doesn't actually use that file for anything at this time.
