Bug#292631: synaptic: synaptic terminal doesn't appear
Package: synaptic Version: 0.53.4-7 Severity: important After downloading the selected packages, the synaptic terminal does not appear, and the packages are not installed - I have to go use another tool to perform the install step. Similarly for package removal.
