Oops. Sorry... this is probably normal since I hadn't installed xsltproc. Dunno if there should be some way to detect it before going through the whole compilation and packaging.
configure detects that xsltproc is missing and thus doesn't generate the docs. If possible this should be checked by the package generation I suppose. Anyway, I think this one can be closed.
