Args. I wondered why I could not reproduce the same thing (exactly the
same operation) few minutes later... there must have been enough
keyboard interrupts in the meantime ;)

Could you try moving the mouse a lot?

No, really, I'm mot joking, when you run out of randomness in
/dev/random it can take a long time to generate an SSL certificate.
Moving the mouse helps.
