Hi Rossen,

 Ok, this is strange.
I moved my .nt_rc2 and started without config file and things are
 still the same!
In fact I just upgraded d4x to version 2.5.0rel-3.
I used it on my laptop and my desktop computer and on both files are
not removed after the file is stopped and removed from the queue!

I'll take a deeper look this week, as time permits.

JB.

Stop the download before it is completed and then delete the file from
the queue...

Just tried here, nothing is left over once the download is deleted

That's exactly what I did.

Bug#297700: d4x: doesnot remove files when deleted from download list

2005-03-07 Thread Rossen Naydenov
Well, my files are still there in the folder...
This is how I do it:
when file is stopped i click with the right buton and select delete
downloads (alt+c) and then do a
ls -la in download folder and files are there
.file.ext
.file.ext.segments

Can this be some option from settings?

Could be, I don't remember all the available config items. Have a look
at your queue configuration, and the main configuration too.

FWIW, I used the toolbar buttons to stop delete the download. I
doubt that'd make a difference, though.

2005-03-02 Thread Rossen Naydenov
Subject: d4x: doesnot remove files when deleted from download list
Package: d4x
Version: 2.5.0rel-1
Severity: normal

Files are still there after file is deleted from the download manager's list.
If stopped file was file.ext after removing it from the list there are
still files named .file.ext and .file.ext.segments in the download
folder. These files should also be removed, after confirmation I think.
