sentence (will not work with... with what? for example, what?)
Also, immeditately following is the following two options:

Hold on. Doesn't the comment just say that FILTERCTRLM=false does not
work with MAILON=upgrade? Notice the dot after MAILON-upgrade. The
second line is just the commented-out configuration option.
