Thanks for the info. I will have a look at it, compare to my

Hi Michael,

Here just some more infos: Simone Gotti, one of the upstream
developers, did some further pkging cleanup for Kubuntu (depends
on KDEpim 3.4 features now available in experimental). The pkgs are
available at: http://dev.kubuntu.org.uk/~motaboy/ubuntu/hoary/

I'm running 3.4.1 on my machine anyway. And besides, the reason to package
kdebluetooth is that I need that plugin, so yes, it makes a lot of sense. :-)

Bug#308319: ITP: kdebluetooth -- KDE Bluetooth Framework

2005-06-03 Thread Hendrik Sattler
Hi,

did anything on this happen? I currently use the package from Fred Schättgen:
deb http://fred.hexbox.de/debian ./

However, a splitup would be nice, especially I would like to see qobexclient
as a seperate package: it is console-only and has no KDE dependency and would
be a nice altenative to the obexftp package that I maintain.

If you need help on this package, please tell me :)

I'm working on it, but have put it on hold until 3.4 makes it into sid.

That's a nice idea. Needs some more work then though. :-)

Fair enough, will be KDE-3.4.1, though. It is needed anyway (see below).

Another one would be to build the kitchensync plugin:
http://docs.kde.org/en/HEAD/kdeextragear-3/kdebluetooth/components.irmcsynckonnector.html

However, there are problems with that:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=306144

I guess, noone tested it, yet. Fred's packages also do not contain it (he
builds with Debian testing).
