Roberto, could you try to get more info to Petr concerning this problem, and
try 2.6.15 too ?
Petr, notice that this box is a Power4 box, so on top of it being bigendian,
it is also a 64bit cpu, which may mean other worries.
To track problem further I need to know what happens with 2.6.12 or newer
kernel - some bigendian fixes for accelerated characters drawing went into
2.6.12, so it is quite possible that problem is already fixed.
Ah, good, Roberto, more reason for you to test this.
