Bug#319600: mozilla-thunderbird: Drag-n-drop to attach doesn't work with KDE

2005-08-18 Thread Alexander Sack - Debian Bugmail

the meta bug for kde integration is:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140751

I think it is worth to open a new, more specific bug in bugzilla for
this. Will do it ASAP. Ping me if you received no updates in the next
2 weeks ;)

Bug#319600: mozilla-thunderbird: Drag-n-drop to attach doesn't work with KDE

2005-07-23 Thread svein
Package: mozilla-thunderbird
Version: 1.0.2-2
Severity: normal

When I drag a file into Thunderbird from a KDE file-browsing window, the
resulting attachment can't be sent.
This is because KDE sends something along the lines of
file:///home/whomever/whatever, only with the wrong number of /'s afer
the file.

You mean it has to be something like: 'file:///home/whomever/whatever/'?

Cheers,

Alexander
