So I have just test the new gazpacho. It seems that you forgot to put
the COPYING file in the /usr/share/doc/gazpacho

So when you click on Help/About you raise an exception.

Please add this file.

We don't add a copy of the GPL for each package. The source should
probably be modified to point to the copyright file, or
to /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL.

STOP

The original Licence is the LGPL not the GPL one.

Maybe the easyeast way is to create a link named COPYING to the 
/usr/share/common-licences/LGPL file

in /usr/share/doc/gazpacho

So no need to change the source code.

the maintenance will be easier.

If you look at #325301 you'll notice a patch to fix this; I'll probably
apply that one. It's not very difficult to maintain and is cleaner.

Please do check if the bug you're reporting has not yet been reported
before =).
