Sorry my fault. I overlooked that strict not only differs from
transitional in terms of supported tags. I applied the mklist patch now.
For the debian-announce patch it would be cool if you could bump
those translation-check headers so that I don't have to ;)

Hmm, I don't quite understand what you mean, they are valid HTML?
One wouldn't be able to use them as XHTML though since the end tags
are missing, but they are valid HTML...

In the debian-announce patch you forgot to bump the translation headers,
didn't you?
