Where did you get this version from?
These people that go installing dhcp3-common all by itself. Honestly.
I'm tagging this bug as wontfix at this point in time because I'm furiously
trying to make the old dhcp v2 packages redundant so they can be removed
altogether, thus making this whole problem go away.
