My first upload was not accepted as I'd not realized that boa does not have a separate upstream tarball. Oh well, that was corrected and it is now in.
I made one additional change in the final accepted upload and that was to correct the build dependency on debhelper in line with the change of the compatibility level. It now has: Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 5.0)
