Please integrate documentation of the testing hints in useful places. I would suggest the following: http://packages.qa.debian.org/ might need a section to indicate when a package has been hinted, or can be added to an existing section; http://www.debian.org/devel/testing/ might have a direct link and a new paragraph about testing hints and how they relate to the conditions necessary for testing propogation; http://ftp.debian.org/ might have a direct link and a sentence about "<a>Testing hints</a> are available." I would also suggest that other such things are made available from the FTP webserver.
