You wouldn't want necessarily the same behavior as windows.
It's not what i call a standard.
Anyway, you can configure keyboard shortcut as you want in KDE Control center.
There's an existing Windows like profil.

I tagged also the report moreinfo, to know if the feature explained is right 
for you before closing it.
