I put it here because: a) I did not know where it properly belongs. b) It makes it easier for us (the people working on the graphical installer) to track. Reassigning bugs is easy. Bug#338191: d-i gtk installer on PowerPC, wrong colors displayed
Package: install Severity: minor Hello, I have tried the d-i gtk installer on an iBook G4 as suggested in this powerpc list message: http://lists.debian.org/debian-powerpc/2005/11/msg00109.html As reported in the thread, looks like these minor problems are known, but there are no bugs filed against this behaviour, so here it is one. You can see some horrible pictures here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/ Image017 through 20. Colors in the Debian logo are messed up, and the cursor is surrounded by a rectangle. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: powerpc (ppc) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.14-vasquez Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=UTF-8) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe.
