Bug#348056: tcptraceroute sees no traffic from ppp0

2006-01-14 Thread Rémi Denis-Courmont
Package: tcptraceroute
Version: 1.5beta6-1
Severity: normal

Hello,

tcptraceroute does not seem to catch any traffic when using it on ppp0.
I am aware of closed bug #327240, but I'm using 2.6.14.5 here, not
kernel version 2.6.13.

tcpdump DO see the icmp ttl exceeded and such properly when
tcptraceroute is running, but it admittedly does not rely on the same
libpcap version. Also tcptraceroute works fine on eth0.

Sincerely,
