I've got some problems with my proxy server. The IE can't download this file. 
I'll try it download from home, later.


It may not be a problem with your proxy, as I'm getting the same error 
(I assume) and I'm not using a proxy.

The entire CSS file can't be downloaded. IE appears to choke on the 
response.
