I suggest you petition for a "cron-service" virtual package to be 
provided, and get cron, anacron, bcron and fcron to "Provides" this 
virtual package. Then I can do as you ask.

I installed bcron.  logrotate is the only package I have which depends
on cron | anacron | fcron.  Better to depend on a cron-service if
anything.
