I guess this is because you use GCJ 4.0 to run Eclipse and this doesnt
include SSL support yet. We are working on support for this but it can
still take a while.

This is an issue for all classpath-derived VMs. The issue is that the
DH-(Diffie-Hellman)-key-exchange-algorithm is not implemented. In
current classpath CVS this is done.
